Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City

The hotel is located in a quiet gated community surrounded by relatively wealthy residential spaces. I loved almost everything about it. The common spaces are clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all of the amenities you could possibly need. They had all new decor and modern designs, including new bedding and bathrooms/showers. Outside of the room, my next favorite thing was the gym. They have a fully equipped gym with all of the machines and free-weights you need to get a FULL workout!! If I was staying in Prishtina any longer, I would have stayed here just for this, lol! Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly every time I interacted with them. They really made all of us feel welcomed and I appreciated that.

Very lovely staff, super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located 15 min drive from Prishtina City, in a private residence called Marigona. Beautiful restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel which were very modern, as well as a supermarket for any essentials. The spa facilities were great and most of the time it was quiet. High quality lounge and restaurant within the hotel also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism was a big factor.

I loved it! I come to Prishtina quite often from Tirana and I always go to the same hotel, closer to center. I was just curious to try Sheraton Four Points to my friends' objection, because of its location, which is in Marigona, an upscale neighborhood 15-20 minutes drive from where my business is located. I don't regret my choice, because everything about this hotel felt so right with me: The interiors, the lighting, the comfort and comodity it provided; it had such a great mood and very relaxing. The staff was really nice and I really enjoyed my breakfast omelette, although I wouldn't mind if there was a wider choice of nuts and seeds for us health freaks:). In general, it was a great stay and I will definitely come back.

The room was very good apart from one of the towels being dirty. The staff were pleasant and the swimming pool and hot tub area were excellent.
