Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City

Altogether, I stayed two nights. The staff—Zane, Jehon, Berger, Ibrahim, Anita—were excellent and always amenable to helping; they were very pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable. I slept extremely well. The room and bathroom were large and well-appointed. I did not avail myself of the gym and the pool, but wow! It was all top-notch.

The hotel is located in a quiet gated community surrounded by relatively wealthy residential spaces. I loved almost everything about it. The common spaces are clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all of the amenities you could possibly need. They had all new decor and modern designs, including new bedding and bathrooms/showers. Outside of the room, my next favorite thing was the gym. They have a fully equipped gym with all of the machines and free-weights you need to get a FULL workout!! If I was staying in Prishtina any longer, I would have stayed here just for this, lol! Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly every time I interacted with them. They really made all of us feel welcomed and I appreciated that.

Big rooms with comfortable beds, kind staff. The wellness&spa is one of the best I ever seen with lot of different amenities.

The hotel overall was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area was very nice and clean. The hotel is located at a quiet and beautiful area. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was fabulous! Bed was very comfy! Coffee was the best! I would recommend this hotel - not only was the staff friendly, but very accommodating and efficient with my requests. They remembered my name at all interactions, which was great touch! Thank you!
